Agreement and delivery
Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or confirmed booking. Work begins after the deliverables, fees, external costs, timing, client responsibilities and payment terms are agreed in writing.
Scope and changes
Package limits apply to the agreed deliverables. Extra pages, products, revisions, systems and integrations may require a separate quote. Access, account ownership, supported platforms and approval responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal.
Ongoing services and results
Monthly services have a defined scope. Start dates, duration, cancellation, renewal, refunds, response times and support terms must be agreed in writing. Traffic, rankings, leads, sales and ROI are not guaranteed.
